Snack Station - Habersattgut Mountain Inn 1120m

Probably one of the most beautiful lookout points of the Ennspongau region!

From here, you have a fantastic view across the entire valley floor of the Ennspongau, and on from the Schladminger Tauern and Radstädter Tauern to the Wiesbachhorn in the Hohe Tauern range. Our snack station is located on the wonderful Schwemmberg, reachable on foot by a hiking path via the Herzgellbauer or from Radstadt via the Bürgerbergalm or the Nöglhofgut. In the winter, it is reachable by the Schwemmbergweg, just 2.8 km from Altenmarkt. This is an easy car ride, the Schwemmbergweg being kept open both summer and winter.

We treat you to traditional, savory cooking. Very popular are trout from our own pond, roast lamb, cheesy Spätzle-style noodles, and everything that comes to mind when you think of traditional regional cooking. We also pamper you during special family occasions, birthdays, or baptisms, always catering to your individual wishes. For our younger guests, we have a playground right outside the house and, of course, many animals to pet. (goats, rabbits, cats, and much more).

In winter, you can also hike here on snowshoes via the Herzgellbauer farm or, after exploring the Country Lore theme path by snowshoe, stop by for a hearty snack of cold cuts here with us. And if snow conditions allow, return to the valley on a sled borrowed from us.

In the summer, you can hike up to the Rossbrand (time on trail ca. 2.5h), or the Bürgerbergalm (time on trail 1h), as well as the Reitlehenalm (50 min) or the Moosalm (45 min).
