| 1928 | Our farm was bought in 1928 by my grandfather, who was from Wagrain. Times were hard back then and characterized by poverty and sickness. There were also the later challenges brought about by the 2nd World War. |
| 1955 | My parents took over the farm, and the first vacation guests spent their summer vacation here with us at the Habersatt. We grew bit by bit, including installation of water pipes and electrical power – things which we take for granted today. |
| 1961 | A lane for cars was constructed. Guests from that time still happily think of the time when my father would light the stoves for heat early in the morning at 5:00. Also not to be forgotten the morning hygiene ritual at the fountain outside in front of the house. |
| 1961 | Our snack station was opened. In Altenmarkt, tourism slowly began. |
| 1964 | In Zauchensee, the first lifts were put into operation. |
| 1971 | The first telephone at the Habersattgut. |
| 1972 | First expansion of the house, and winter tourism really got going. |
| 1978 | In order to make farm work easier, the barn was renovated. |
| 1990 | Wedding bells ring for Regina and Martin. |
| 1992 | All rooms are equipped with a shower and WC, and the main house is renovated. Admission to the provincial chapter of “Farm Holidays”. |
| 1993 | Member of the organic association “Harvest for Life”. |
| 1994 | Take-over of the Habersattgut by my parents. |
| 1995 | Building of our private house, though we were very careful not to lose any of the farm character. |
| 1997 | As we say here, joy and sorrow come closely together. In January our father died, and in April, our son Michael was born . |
| 1998 | First appearance on the World Wide Web. |
| 2005 | Our front garden was expanded. |
| 2006 | In spring, at long last: the old balcony was replaced by a new one, the entrance newly designed, and a drying facility created for ski and hiking boots. |
| 2009 | Building of a terrace and construction of a boiler room. Transition to heating from biomass and integration of a perfect solar generator. |
| 2010 | Installation of a bio sauna and infrared sauna. |

We constantly strive to make our guests feel comfortable! It is a joy to convey a sense of our farming world. We especially want to share with the children this image of a farm which produces simple, honest products and where the cycle of man and nature is still in balance.
